Are your paintings originals in acrylic?Yes. Every painting is an original, one-of-a-kind work of art created by Martha Viadana. Unless otherwise stated, no duplicate original exists. Each original painting is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
Will the painting look exactly like the photographs?Every effort is made to accurately represent each painting. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor, mobile device, lighting conditions, and screen settings. I cannot guarantee a 100% accuracy through a photograph.
Can I return an original painting?Because each original artwork is unique, all sales are final. If your artwork appears to have been damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery before attempting any repairs or disposing of the packaging. I will review the documentation and work with you to resolve the matter, including filing a claim with the shipping carrier when appropriate.
How are paintings shipped?Every original painting is carefully packaged using professional packing materials designed to protect the artwork during transit. Whenever available, shipments include tracking and insurance.
Do you sell prints?Selected works may become available as museum-quality archival prints. Please visit this website periodically or contact me for availability.
May I reproduce or copy the artwork after purchasing it?No. Purchasing an original painting does not transfer copyright. All copyrights and reproduction rights remain the property of Martha Viadana unless transferred in writing.
